• 5★★★★★ - "I thought walk-in tubs were all the same, and I decided I wanted one. I got an Independent Home tub, and I like the fact that when I’m in a hurry, I can take a shower. My experience working with the sales representative was great, and I liked him very much. When they came and put it in, they were very professional, and it didn’t take them very long. They did a beautiful job."

• 5★★★★★ - "The sales representative offered us a great deal on an Independent Home walk-in tub. It had all the features we wanted, including an inward-opening door with an airtight seal, water and air jets, and a heated seat. The price was reasonable and all-inclusive, covering labor, taxes, installation, and removal of our existing cast iron tub and acrylic overlay. It also included a lifetime warranty on both the tub and installation. The installer was meticulous and professional and did an excellent job. We are very pleased with both the tub and the quality of the installation."

• 5★★★★★ - "The quality features and lifetime warranty led us to purchase a walk-in tub from Independent Home, an easy one. Their therapeutic walk-in bathtub has jets like those in popular Jacuzzi spas and includes ADA-compliant seating and a non-skid surface, which were all important features to us."

• 5★★★★★ - "I like the factory-direct pricing and no middleman. The other quotes were 25% more for a lower-quality product and without a lifetime warranty."

• 5★★★★★ - "We have wanted a walk-in tub for years. Today was the Best Day Ever!! Our bathroom looks amazing!!! Our experience with everyone we spoke to at Independent Homes was wonderful, and very knowledgeable about their product. This morning, the installers called to tell me what time they would be here. They were very courteous and friendly. They answered any questions we had and explained everything in detail. Our installers were wonderful, and even cleaned up after the installation. Wow, what a great job done!!! We are so excited about our new walk-in tub. We will tell all our friends and anyone we come in contact with about this company and how we were treated. Again, thanks to all involved. Thank you, Independent Homes!!"

• 5★★★★★ - "The specialist who came out exceeded my expectations with his knowledge, courtesy, and ability to assess my actual needs. The other companies that came out seemed to be one-size-fits-all, whereas Independent Home Products was able to custom-tailor my tub to my specific needs. Thank you, Independent Home. I plan on telling everyone I know! If I could give you 10 stars, I would!"

• 5★★★★★ - "Independent Home's reps were really good. I was very pleased with them. I only took about three baths in the tub. I’m learning to do a short shower and still be able to take a bath, which is good, and learning how to do the shower and to wash my hair. I'm not one to fill it up and sit there for a long time. Other than that, the biggest thing is that it gives me the independence that I can take care of myself. I'm 74 years old, and I have some handicaps."
