Our experience with everyone we spoke to at Independent Homes was wonderful, and very knowledgeable about their product. This morning, the installers called to tell me what time they would be here. They were very courteous and friendly. They answered any questions we had and explained everything in detail. Our installers were wonderful, and even cleaned up after the installation. ★★★★★ - "The specialist who came out exceeded my expectations with his knowledge, courtesy, and ability to assess my actual needs. The other companies that came out seemed to be one-size-fits-all, whereas Independent Home Products was able to custom-tailor my tub to my specific needs. Thank you, Independent Home. I plan on telling everyone I know! If I could give you 10 stars, I would!"

★★★★★ - "Independent Home's reps were really good. I was very pleased with them. I only took about three baths in the tub. I’m learning to do a short shower and still be able to take a bath, which is good, and learning how to do the shower and to wash my hair. I'm not one to fill it up and sit there for a long time. Other than that, the biggest thing is that it gives me the independence that I can take care of myself. I'm 74 years old, and I have some handicaps."
